Learned counsel for the petitioner - original plaintiff submits that during pendency of this writ petition, the suit bearing Regular Civil Suit No.166 of 2006 came to be disposed of on 10.03.2016. Initially, the trial Court has granted temporary injunction in favour of the petitioner - original plaintiff. However, the learned District Judge, Udgir, allowed the Misc. Civil Appeal No.28 of 2006 and set aside the order of temporary injunction. Being aggrieved by the same, this writ petition has been preferred. Since the suit bearing Regular Civil Suit No.166 of 2006 came to be disposed of on 10.03.2016, this writ petition has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
