The grievance raised in this petition is that though the petitioner has filed the application on 01.01.2015 and 22.12.2017 to the Tahasildar, Tq. Kandhar, Dist. Nanded to take the name of the petitioner in the 7/12 extract, the said application is not yet decided and the grievance raised in the said application has not been taken care of.

In our opinion, firstly the petitioner should have approached the Tahasildar, Kandhar for redressal of his grievance. Be that as it may, we direct the Tahasildar, Kandhar to look into the grievance of the petitioner and direct the concerned Talathi to take the appropriate decision, in accordance with law, keeping in

( 2 ) wp1159.18 view the relevant record and the application filed by the petitioner. The Tahasildar shall consider this petition as representation of the petitioner and take the decision as expeditiously as possible, however on or before 20.03.2018.

With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of.

Learned Government Pleader assures to this Court that the copy of this petition with annexure and order passed today will be sent to the Tahasildar, Kandhar. 5.
