The learned A. G. P. raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In light of that, though, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvass submissions on merit, we are not inclined to consider the same.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy, as may be permissible in law. No costs.
