Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has filed the proposal seeking staff approval on 5th August, 2016 (Exhibit 'A'). The same is not yet decided.

Learned A.G.P. states that in case the said proposal is pending, the appropriate authority shall decide the same on it's own merits.

In case the proposal for staff approval (Exhibit 'A') in respect of respondent No.2 is pending, then he shall decide the same on it's own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within six months from today.

In view of above, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
