DATE : 21st August, 2021 P.C.:- Learned counsel Shri Palodkar on the last occasion had made the submission that this application can be disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to dispose of the appeal within a period of six weeks. Learned counsel Shri Chalak states that he has no instructions as to whether the appeal is pending or not. In view of this following order is passed:

ORDER

I) If appeal is pending, the respondent no.2 shall dispose it of within a period of six weeks. Interim relief to continue till then. II) Parties to cooperate the respondent no.2 in disposing of the appeal. Parties shall appear before the respondent no.2 on 31.08.2021.

III) Writ petition is disposed of.
