In view of the affidavit of applicant no.2Pranjana D/o Dilip Tamte that the amount may be disbursed to the rest of the applicants i.e. applicant nos.1,3 and 4, the application is allowed. The amount deposited by the respondent-Insurance Company in this Court alongwith the interest accrued thereon, be remitted to the trial Court and upon its transmission, applicant nos.1, 3 and 4 are permitted to withdraw the said amount.
