These matters were heard for some time. Learned counsel for the Petitioners sought a pass over. After lunch, when the matters were called out, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners desire to withdraw these petitions with liberty to avail of a remedy as may be permissible in law. 2.

Considering the above, these petitions are disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not specifically created any liberty for these petitioners. In the event, if they resort to any proceedings, the competent Court/authority shall deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
