Mr.Wani, learned Advocate submits that his registered envelope by way of a communication to the respondent has been returned with the remark that the respondent has passed away. He submits that this may be treated as an intimation to the petitioner about the demise of the respondent under Order 22 Rule 10-A of the CPC. 2.

The petitioner shall take steps within 4 weeks to bring the LR's of the deceased respondent on record, failing which this petition shall stand abated without reference to the Court.
