PER COURT :- 1.

The Petitioner has approached this court as against Respondent No.4, which is a private education society, with a request that the said society should allow the Petitioner to work on the post of Peon or Sweeper.

The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that he was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 354(B) of I.P.C. in crime No. 506 of 2016, vide judgment dated 15.3.2021, in R.C.C. No. 534 of 2016. The Petitioner has undergone the imprisonment of one year and deposited the payment of fine. He was issued with a show cause notice which presently he does not have and was unable to trace it out. He, however, replied it on 28.01.2020. 3.

Considering the above and as there is no issue of a public

wp3202.23 -2duty being cast upon the private education trust to reinstate an employee after he is convicted, this writ petition cannot be entertained. The same is dismissed.

The petitioner is at liberty to avail of a legal remedy, as is permissible in law.
