We have heard both the sides.

In fact, in the accompanying matters Writ Petition No. 492/2024 and connected matters, we have passed a detailed order on 21.03.2025. The petitioner is a similarly placed candidate as are the petitioners in that group of petitions.

It was a matter regarding release of salaries to the 358 Special Teachers who, after scrutiny, were found to have been appointed by following due process being eligible to be appointed. The present matter was kept back since nobody was sure about the fact whether this petitioner is from amongst those 358 Special Teachers.

Today the learned advocate for the petitioner tenders across the bar a copy of list of those 358 teachers and the learned A.G.P. admits the fact that the petitioner's name appears at Sr. No. 348. 1/2

In view of above, the same order shall be read as having been passed even in the present writ petition.
