Learned counsel for the parties, on instructions, state that the proceedings in miscellaneous civil application deserve to be allowed, since the respondent has no particular objection for transfer of proceedings. 2.

In view of aforesaid, miscellaneous civil application stands granted in terms of prayer clause (B) and is disposed of.

Learned counsel further state that parties would appear before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Latur on 3rd April, 2017.
