The petitioner is challenging the common order of the respondent - scrutiny committee, whereby it has refused to validate the 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe certificate, not only of the petitioner but even that of Monika Ramesh Rautwar and her father Ramesh Vyankatrao Rautwar, dated 15.12.2021.

Since this court, in writ petition Nos. 1188 of 2022 and 695 of 2022, by orders dated 02.02.2022 and 11.11.2024, has quashed and set aside the selfsame impugned order, in the matters of Monika
wp645.22 -2Ramesh Rautwar and her father Ramesh Vyankatrao Rautwar, respectively, the propriety demands that even it is quashed and set aside to the extent of the petitioner, being a common order. 4.
The writ petition is allowed partly.

The impugned order is quashed and set aside to the extent of the petitioner.

The respondent - committee shall immediately issue tribe validity certificate to the petitioner as belonging to 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe in the prescribed format. The validity shall be subject to the final outcome of the matters which the committee has decided to re-open.

The petitioner shall not be entitled to claim equities. 8.
Pending civil application is disposed of.
