No unreasonableness or perversity is found in the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhusawal dated 25/01/2011, which refused to issue process against the 24 accused persons on the bare statement of the complainant and one of the witness that there is corruption in the construction of certain wells in the village.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed.
