The learned counsel for petitioner submits that proposal of the petitioner is not accepted only because caste certificate of petitioner is not in "C-format". The learned counsel further submits that petitioner has already submitted an application on 21-10-2021. 2.

The petitioner shall file on-line application also. The petitioner shall surrender the caste certificate received by him in incorrect format to the Sub-Divisional Officer. The Sub-Divisional Officer after verifying the caste certificate surrendered by the petitioner having been issued by his office, if satisfied that the said certificate is issued by his office, then the Sub-Divisional Officer shall issue correct caste certificate to the petitioner preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of surrender of original caste certificate.

If petitioner receives certificate in "C-format" then petitioner may submit the fresh proposal to the Scrutiny Committee, the Committee shall be consider the same on its own merits. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
