This Court, by order dated 09/01/2025, directed the applicant to attend the police station on 12/01/2025.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has accordingly attended the police station, and there is no dispute regarding the applicant's attendance.

In view of the above, Condition No. (a) in the order dated 03/01/2025 is modified, and it is directed that the applicant shall attend the police station as and when called by the Investigating OfÏcer. 4.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
