This is an application for extension of stay granted to the operation of the judgment and order of this court dated 08-12-2021 whereby the operation was stayed for a period of four weeks to enable the petitioners to approach the supreme court. 2.

This application was preferred on 10-01-2022 seeking extension by another six weeks. Five weeks out of six weeks have already over.
