Learned counsel for applicant - wife places additional affidavit on record, pointing out subsequent developments by which present miscellaneous application seeking transfer of proceedings by respondent-husband bearing hindu marriage petition no. 131 of 2014 from court at Aurangabad to the court at Shahada may not serve its intended original purpose since the applicant has been transferred to the place closer to

MCA-10.15.doc Aurangabad and, as such, she does not appear to have any objection for proceeding with the proceedings at Aurangabad. 2.

In view of aforesaid, the miscellaneous civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
