The petitioners, who were serving as muster assistants are aggrieved by the fact that the pension papers are being prepared from the date they were confirmed/regularized instead of their initial date of appointment.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable forthwith. 4.

The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for respondents/State authorities.

We dispose of the writ petition, directing respondent Nos.1 to 8 to consider and take a decision in accordance with law on the petitioners' representations/request dated 18/10/2024 and 28/10/2024, albeit those are notices issued through an advocate, by treating them as their representation.
