Present petition is fled to challenge the order of externment. 2.

The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bhusawal had made an order on 15.11.2016 and the externment order shows that the petitioner was to be externed for a period of two years. In the order made by the Appellate Authority on 23.12.2016, the period of externment was reduced to six months. That period is already over. 3.

As there is nobody present for the petitioner to prosecute the matter, this Court holds that the petition has become infructuous. So, the petition is disposed of.
