The Petitioner prays that the representation dated 08.11.2023 may be considered by the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad. He claims that he has suffered Paralysis and needs to be posted at distance nearer to Ahmednagar city since he was admitted in a hospital at Tarakpur, Ahmednagar and is still taking treatment.

The learned advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that if this Court directs, the Zilla Parishad would consider the representation subject to the request being practicable and provided there are vacancies available.
