Civil Application Nos. 889, 890 and 891 of 2019 are filed by the Acquiring Body for extension of time given to it to deposit the compensation amount which is condition precedent for getting the stay to the execution of the award. Both the sides are heard.

The learned counsel for applicant, appellant submitted that there is some problem like time required for processing the matter and for getting the sanction of funds. The

order was made on 3.10.2018 and subsequent thereto total amount involved is more than 34 Crore. In view of the possibility that after budge session, there will be Code of Conduct and the period available is small and due to that, it will not be possible to comply the condition for long time, this Court holds that time of 45 days can be given to the applicant to deposit the compensation amount. If the amount is not deposited within 45 days from today, the stay shall stand vacated automatically. In those terms, the applications are allowed and disposed of. [SUNIL K. KOTWAL, J.] [T.V.
