The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with the respondent No. 2 since April, 2019. 2.

The learned Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and submits that the Education Officer shall decide the proposal on its own merits.

In case the proposal of the petitioner seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher (Page 35) is pending with the respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall
