By this application, applicant no.1, original petitioner, prays for adding applicant nos.2 and 3 as co-petitioners. They share the grievance of the petitioner. The petitioner is of growing age and has comorbidities. Applicant nos.2 and 3 are relatively young and would be able to espouse the cause of the petitioner before this Court. 2.

The learned A.G.P. opposes the application.

Considering the reasons cited, this application is allowed. Applicant nos.2 and 3 shall be arrayed as petitioner nos.2 and 3, within two weeks.
