By the present application, the legal heirs of respondent No.1 are sought to be brought on record on account of his demise on 16/09/2020.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application. The application warrant it's consideration, since the heirs of respondent No. 1 are necessary for effective adjudication of the petition.

Necessarily, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause B & C by condoning the delay of 24 days in bringing the application. khs/Jan.2022/1328

- 2 - Necessary amendment to be carried out within 4 (four) weeks from today. Upon the amendment being effected, issue notice to the newly added respondent, making in returnable on 14/02/2022. Civil application is accordingly disposed off.
