By order dated 11.07.2023, undertaking given by the applicant / original respondent no.2 - Ashok K. Dhanwade, Superintendent of Post Offices, Aurangabad that he would vacate the suit premises within a period of six (06) months, was accepted by this court.

The present application is moved for extension of two (02) months for vacating the premises.

Mr. Bagul Rahul Bhagawantrao, learned counsel for the applicant / original respondent no.2 submits that, now, the premises is vacated, however, the generator and heavy iron safe is still lying in the premises and that it needs to be shifted at the appropriate place. The
2 951 learned counsel submits that the applicant / original respondent no.2 may be granted further 2 months time to remove the generator and heavy iron safe to be shifted at the appropriate place from the premises. 4.
Mr. Sohail Subhedar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has pointed out that the electricity dues, water dues and property taxes are yet to be paid.

Mr. Bagul Rahul Bhagawantrao, learned counsel submits that the applicant / original respondent no.2 undertakes to pay all the outstanding dues i.e. electricity dues, water dues, property taxes etc. within next two (02) months.

Further, 2 months time is granted to the applicant / original respondent no.2 to remove the generator and heavy iron safe from the premises and to clear all the outstanding dues including electricity, water dues and taxes, if any.
