The petitioner's proposal has been pending with the respondent - scrutiny committee for validation of the tribe certificate. 2.

It is being pointed out that her real brother Prathamesh who had faced the invalidation successfully challenged the invalidation and was issued with a certificate of validity pursuant to the order of this Court in writ petition No.10198/2023 by the order dated 18.08.2023. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the reply filed by Prathamesh to the vigilance inquiry report would be adopted by the petitioner.
