2.
At the outset, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, restricts the relief for the academic year, 2011-12 and 2012-13 and does not press it for the academic year 2013-14.
3.
The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned AGP appearing for the respondent / State jointly submit that the issue raised in these petitions is no longer res integra. This Court, in similar fact situation, has considered the issue in Writ Petition No.8461/2014 (Shiva Trust's Aurangabad Nursing School Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) and directed the respondent / State to release the tuition fees / examination fees of the students of the petitioners'
school for the reserved category students of ANM / GNM course for the academic year 2011-12 and 2012-13.
4.
For the same reasons, which are assigned in the said order, we direct the respondent / State to release the tuition fees / examination fees of the students of the petitioners' school for the reserved category students of ANM course for the
academic year 2011-12 and 2012-13, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 3 (three) months from today.
However, we make it clear that, the respondent / State will be entitled to scrutinize / examine the necessary requirements.
5.
The petitions stand disposed of in the above terms.
