The matter is pending since 2019, wherein the applicants had challenged the FIR vide CR No.530/2018 dated 13.12.2018 registered with Kotwali Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 of IPC. 2.

Upon query to the learned APP, he has submitted the photo copy of the communication by the Sub Divisional Supdt. of Police, Ahmednagar, Rural Division, Ahmednagar to J.M.F.C. Court at Ahmednagar dated 23.12.2021. The photo copy is taken on record by khs/Sept.2025/112

- 2 - marking Exhibit 'X'.

It appears that on that day, the Kotwali Police Station filed 'B' summary before the concerned Court. Though it is not put on record as to whether the concerned Magistrate has accepted the 'B' summary or not, but then still it can be stated that it will be the job of the learned J.M.F.C. to take further proceedings in view of the 'B' summary, calling upon the Informant.

Under such circumstance, we dispose of this application with liberty to the applicants to approach this Court if and when the occasion arises in future.
