Heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and learned A.G.P. Delay of 1184 days has occurred in filing the present appeal. Learned Counsel submitted that because of lack of resources and some unforeseen difficulties, the appellant could not file the appeal within the stipulated period of limitation. Learned Counsel submits that there are valid objections raised by the appellant in the appeal which are required to be considered on merits. Learned A.G.P. has opposed for condonation of delay.

For the reasons stated in the application and considering the objections raised in exception to the impugned award, I am inclined to allow the present application and hence following order:
ORDER
1) Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The appeal be registered in accordance with law.
