This application has been moved for quashment of F.I.R. No. 0295 of 2020 registered with Jawahar Nagar Police station, Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506 r.w. 34 of I.P.C. and the consequential charge sheet in R.C.C. No. 1903 of 2021. The applicants before the court are husband and mother-in-law of respondent No.2-informant. 3.

The documents annexed with the present application indicate that the other in-laws who were accused in the present F.I.R. had moved a criminal application bearing No. 412 of 2021 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. and the same came to be allowed by this Court vide order dated 05.07.2022. Two and half years after filing of

cran191.23 -2the charge sheet, the present applicants have approached this court. Moreover, there are specific allegations against both the applicants. We do not propose to reproduce them since the F.I.R. runs into 4/5 pages. The details of ill-treatment and demand of money have been narrated therein. On due investigation the charge sheet has been filed. The statements of relations of the informant are consistent with the averments in the F.I.R.
