The record of this Court shows that on 26/08/2014, nobody was present on behalf of the petitioner. This Court [CORAM : M.T.JOSHI, J.] directed to take steps within stipulated time and if the steps are not taken, it was directed that the further orders will be passed. No steps were taken and time was extended. On 17/12/2014, this Court [CORAM : T.V.NALAWADE, J.] passed order that if the steps are not taken before 13/01/2015, further orders will be passed. Farad orders shows that the steps are not taken.

In the morning session when this matter was called out, nobody was present for the petitioner nor any request is made on his behalf. The matter was called out in the afternoon session also. At that time, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner nor there was any request on his behalf.

In that view of the matter, in spite of the ample opportunity given to the petitioner, steps are not taken. That shows that the petitioner is not willing to prosecute the present Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
