This appeal is placed before us in today's Lok Adalat. Mr. S.B. Choudhari learned Advocate for the appelant-claimant is present. Appellant - Firdous s/o. Mustaq Qureshi is present through video conference and identified by learned Advocate Mr. S.B. Choudhari. Learned Advocate Mr. M.R. Deshmukh is present on authorization of the respondent - insurance company. Learned Advocate Mr. Choudhari undertakes to submit withdrawal pursis within a period of eight days.

Both the parties have admitted terms of compromise pursis, which is placed on record and marked "X" for identification. As per the terms of compromise, the insurance company agreed to pay enhanced compensation of Rs.3,25,000/- within a period of 45 days from the date of copy of award

( 2 ) fa638.20 and same to be deposited before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Osmanabad. The said enhanced amount of compensation shall be disbursed to the claimants as per terms of award, on payment of deficit Court fees. The amount of enhanced compensation of Rs.3,25,000/- shall be deposited in the fixed deposit of any nationalized bank in the name of minor under guardianship of his father till she attains majority. 04.

Court fees refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
