This civil application is filed seeking to condone the delay of 51 days caused in filing the appeal challenging judgment and award dated 10.08.2011 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amalner in M.A.C.P. No. 66 of 2008. 3.

Inspite of service of notice of this application, none appears for the respondents.

Considering the reasons as stated in the application, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. The civil application is allowed. The delay of 51 days caused in filing the
