The petitioner's proposal for validation of the tribe certificate has been pending with the Committee since July 2024 and he is requesting direction to the Committee to decide it at the earliest for protecting his employment.

It is being pointed out that the petitioner has already submitted an application to the Committee requesting for grant of permission to adopt the reply filed by his cousin to a vigilance inquiry report in his matter.

The learned AGP submits that the Committee would decide petitioner's proposal within three months.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the Committee to 1/2

Petitioner's service shall stand protected for a period of three months.
