Perused the impugned order dated 23rd December,2016, as well as the application filed for amendment of the pleadings. The application itself shows that now, the plaintiff seeks to bring on record additional ground for seeking possession, which has been provided by the subsequent developments, as submitted by plaintiff. Therefore, the impugned order allowing amendment to the pleadings to the extent necessary to determine the real controversy between the parties, cannot be said to be perverse or patently illegal.
