The petitioner claims to have belonged to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe. His Tribe Certificate has been invalidated. He therefore before us in this Writ Petition.

Perusal of the record would indicate that real sister of the petitioner, Jayshree has been granted validity certificate by the Respondent-Scrutiny Committee. Relying on the said Validity Certificate, this Court vide order dated 04.08.2023 in Writ Petition No.13394 of 2021 granted the petitioner's cousin Validity Certificate. The said grant was unconditional. Since the petitioner's blood relations hold Validity Certificates, the petitioner deserves the similar treatment. Hence the following order :- Narwade/

i.

The Writ Petition is partly allowed.

ii.

The impugned order is quashed and set aside. The Scrutiny Committee shall issue tribe validity certificate to the petitioner of 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe.

iii.

The petitioner shall not be entitled to claim equities. iv.

The Writ Petition disposed of accordingly.
