This is an application for setting aside order passed by the Registrar on 15.12.2014 dismissing the petition for want of prosecution on account of failure to remove office objections.

Considering the contentions raised in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. Order passed by the Registrar on 15.12.2014 is quashed and set aside and the petition is restored to its original number.

3.

Petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today. In the event of failure, order passed today in the instant civil application shall be deemed to have been recalled.
