The petitioner challenges the order rejecting application of the petitioner for the post of Clerk. The dispute pertains to the recruitment of the petitioner.

In view of the general order dated 22.11.2019 issued by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice, such matters are required to be transferred to the Principal Seat at Bombay.
