By the present application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant seeks his release on bail, in connection with C.R. No.138 of 2016, registered with Basmat (City) Police Station, Basmat, Dist. Hingoli, for offences punishable under Sections 366, 376 (2) (m) (n) and 376 (d) of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

There is prima facie case against the applicant qua his involvement in commission of the crime in question. In view thereof, no case for grant of bail is made out.
