This is an Application for condonation of seventeen [17] days delay in preferring Application for restoration of Contempt Petition, which was dismissed for non-removal of offce objections by way of conditional order dated 19/07/2024. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that, due to inadvertence, the offce objections could not be removed and therefore, the Contempt Petition stood dismissed. 3.

In view of the above contention, we allow the Application in terms of prayer clauses - (B) and (C), subject to the payment of costs of Rs.500/- [Five Hundred] to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.

On restoration, the Contempt Petition shall be treated as fresh Petition.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
