This civil application has been moved seeking permission to implement Resolution No.650, passed by the Ad-hoc committee of the Sansthan for floating E-tender process for housekeeping and gardening by way of outsourcing alongwith equipment for the new Darshan line complex, for which an estimated cost of Rs.3,17,25,019.65 is required to be incurred. 2.

We have heard the learned Advocate Mr Bajaj for applicant as also the learned Government Pleader for respondent.

With a rider that we shall not be taken as granting legitimacy to the Resolution being passed by the Ad hoc Committee, this civil application is allowed and the permission is granted to the committee to implement Resolution No.650, as is prayed for.
