Order dated 13.03.2025 indicates that the counsel for the appellant made statement about writing a letter to the appellant however the letter is received back with endorsement "addressee left without instructions". Time was sought to ascertain whereabouts of the sole appellant. Thereafter appeal has appeared before this Court on 30.07.2025. Even on that day none appeared for appellant.

Absence of appellant and his counsel indicates that appellant has no interest in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, appeal stand dismissed for want of prosecution.
