Mr Gadhe, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr Tope, the learned Counsel for Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad submits that the compliance report of the petitioner is already forwarded by the University to the Government.

Letter of intent is issued to the petitioner. The same according to the parties, is valid upto 31.01.2020 and the compliance was to be done prior to 31.01.2020, which according to the petitioner, the same has been done and the report is already forwarded to the Government.

In light of that, the Government may take appropriate decision on the said proposal on its own merits. 4.
