Learned AGP has put in apperance on behalf of respondent No.1. In view of the proposed order that we intend to pass, the requirement of issuance of notice to respondent Nos. 2 to 5, is hereby dispensed with.

The petitioner appears to have filed in all 4 Second Appeals on 13.4.2023 and 2.6.2023 before the State Information Commissioner, Nasik under the relevant provisions of the Right to Information Act. However, said appeals have not been decided.

In the aforesaid facts, a very innocuous prayer has been made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner to direct

{2} 914 sr.no..odt the State Information Commissioner Nasik - Respondent No.2, to expedite the hearing of the said Second Appeals and conclude the same, as early as possible.

Accordingly, having regard to the nature of the prayer, we dispose of the writ petition with directions to the respondent No.2 to expedite the proceedings of appeals said to have been filed by the petitioner on 13.4.2023 and 2.6.2023 and conclude the same, as expeditiously as possible, say, within a period of 3 months, of course; after due notice to all concerned.
