The petitioners have already presented an application seeking execution of the award passed by the Reference Court on 10.07.2009. The execution application appears to have been presented on 17.10.2015. It would be open for the petitioners to pursue the execution application and claim enhanced amount of compensation. The Executing Court is directed to decide the execution application, subject to orders passed in the first appeal if any, as early as possible, preferably within one year from today. 2.

With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of.
