Mr. Irale Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is suspended on false ground in January-2020. The petitioner has moved the representation for quashing of the suspension (Page No.39).

We have heard Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel for respondent no.2.

In case, representation of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall take effective steps either to decide the said representation or if some other Authority has to decide, it may forward it to the said Authority for the decision and thereafter, the

(2) 938-wp-1054-2021 decision shall be taken by the Competent Authority preferably within a period of three months.
