After hearing the learned Advocate for the appellants on one hand and the learned APP and the learned Advocate for the informant on the other, the Court finds it to be no case for grant of relief of pre-arrest bail. However, considering the nature of offence alleged to have been committed, if the appellants surrender before the trial Court, the trial Court to preferably decide their bail application on the same day. The trial Court is also empowered to grant them interim bail provided the case is made out therefor. 2.
