It would be open for the petitioner to avail of remedies available in law, more particularly, remedies provided under Rule 36(15) of the Maharashtra Agriculture Produce Market Committee (Development and Regulation) Rules, 1967, for redressal of his grievance. If petitioner tenders appropriate application within contemplation of provisions of rules as specified above, it would be obligatory on the part of the concerned authority to consider the application and pass appropriate order. No interference is called for in the petition at this stage. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
