The application is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.5 on record. As per the office notice, Respondent Nos.5/1 to 5/3 and 6 are served. Nobody has turned up. Learned counsel for the Appellant, applicant submits that there will be somebody to represent deceased Respondent No.5 and it is not necessary to wait for Respondent Nos.4 and 5. In view of this submission and as the Appellant is taking risk, the application only as against respondent Nos.5/1

-:(2):- to 5/3 and 6 is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appellant is allowed to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.5. Amendment to be carried out immediately.
