Heard counsel for Applicant. Perused record.

The Applicant-original complainant claims

cra181.15 to have advanced various amounts in cash between 2nd August 2006 to 15th January 2007 for which it is claimed that consolidated amount of Rupees Three Lakhs and Thirty Five Thousand was due and for that Respondent accused issued cheque. Earlier the cheque was dishonoured by the Bank as there was alteration in signature. Another cheque was issued but even that bounced for insufficient amount. Learned counsel submits that the trial Court wrongly held that Applicant - complainant was doing money lending business.

I have gone through the record and Judgment of the trial Court. Considering the reasons recorded by the trial Court and the Judgments relied on, no case is made out for grant of leave against acquittal.
